Applications for HHASS are submitted through the Office of Fellowships and Undergraduate Research online application system. Click here to fill out an application form. Applications are due no later than 11:59pm on March 8, 2013.
1. Be sure to select "Other" under Awards/Opportunities and write in the given space "HHASS"
2 . There will be places to submit a photo, transcript, and resume. We do not need any of these items.
3. In place of a resume, please submit an essay (500 words, maximum) that begins with a listing of your three preferred projects then continues with an explanation of your interests in the projects, why are you are the ideal candidate for the projects, and what you would hope to gain from the experience. The essay MUST be submitted as a PDF. You will receive an automated email saying your application is incomplete. Disregard this email. If you have filled out the basic personal information and submitted your essay in place of the resume, your application is complete.
Researchers will contact you regarding an interview. DO NOT initiate contact with any of the resarchers.
After your interviews, you will be notified by Abbey Goldey (Social Sciences) or Ryan Bell (Humanities) regarding your application status and, if applicable, how to register for the course.
